Refund & Return Policy
At muralsall.com, our wall murals and wallpapers are produced on demand according to the customer’s selected size, material, and design preferences. Because most of our products are custom-made, we have specific return, cancellation, and refund conditions.
Made-to-Order Products
All murals and wallpapers are made to order. Each product is produced specifically for the customer based on the selected dimensions, material type, and design option.
For this reason, custom-made products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if production has not started yet. Once production has started, the order cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded due to the custom nature of the product.

Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom-made products unless the item is defective, damaged during transit, or different from the product ordered.
Returned items, when approved, must be unused, uninstalled, uncut, and in their original condition.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@muralsall.com.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the product, packaging, and any visible damage or defect.
After reviewing the information provided, we may offer one of the following solutions:
- Replacement of the product
- Partial refund
- Full refund
The solution offered will depend on the nature and extent of the issue.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider or bank.
Non-Returnable Situations
Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted in the following situations:
- Incorrect measurements provided by the customer
- Wrong material, size, or design selected by the customer
- Change of mind after production has started
- Color differences caused by screen settings, lighting conditions, or monitor calibration
- Products that have been installed, cut, used, damaged, or altered by the customer
- Application errors or installation issues caused by improper handling or wall surface conditions
Color & Design Variations
Product images shown on our website are digital previews and may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting conditions, and the customer’s device. Minor color differences are not considered a defect.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for checking all order details, including size, material, design, shipping address, and contact information before placing an order.
Return Shipping
If a return or replacement is approved due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will provide instructions regarding the return or replacement process.
Unauthorized returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
