At muralsall.com, all of our wall murals and wallpapers are produced on demand based on the customer’s selected size and preferences. For this reason, we have specific return and refund conditions.
Custom-Made Products
All orders are made-to-order. Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled or modified.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
After verification, we will offer one of the following solutions:
- Replacement of the product
- Partial or full refund (depending on the issue)
Non-Returnable Situations
- Incorrect measurements provided by the customer
- Color differences due to screen settings
- Change of mind after production
Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for checking size, design, and details before placing an order.
